Oui, je n'ai rien trouvé dans le sens contraire ^^ (Dans le cas présent, ils peuvent même monter pow 14 avec l'animus du Gargan)

Non, un electro-leap reste pow 10 avec prey. L'electro-leap est un effet qui entraîne des dégâts, pas une attaque. Il émane de la cible hit par l'attaque de mêlée, pas de la blood tracker. Donc pas de + 2 aux dégâts liés à la prey.

A aucun moment la prey ne nécessite que la source du damage soit une attack et la source de l'electro-leap est bien la bloodtracker, c'est juste qu'elle n'est pas le point d'origine de l'arc. Enfin c'est comme ça que je le comprend. :)

Ce qui semble prendre le pas sur cet infernal ruling, a priori plus ancien :
