Nordisch Masters 2015
Kritisch Daneben sends an invitation to join us at the bank of the river Weser for the 2nd Nordisch Masters in May 2015. The event will take place at the local youth hostel, which offers a nice view of the river and is situated centrally in Bremen.
The event will take place on 2nd and 3rd of May 2015. We are offering space for 64 players, as well as the opportunity of accomodation right at the place of the event. Rooms for 1, 2, 4 or 6 a room will be available. If you plan on taking that offer, please tell us what you would be interested in. We will give you the information on bookable packages as soon as we get the 2015 prices for the hostel.
Since the Friday (1st of May) right before that weekend happens to be a public holiday in Germany, we have decided to offer a small team event (teams of 3) for the early birds. We will probably start in the early afternoon. If you would like to join us for that, but find yourself short of 2 other players, let us know and we will mix some random teams. Since it also happens to be right after our beloved leader and captain Lützi's birthday, we wouldn't be surprised to encounter a few beers on the premises.
Entry fee for the main event Nordisch Masters: 20€
Entry fee for the „We're so happy we're already here“ team event on Friday: 9€ per team
Registration will open on December 1st 2014.
We ask you to hand in your lists by March 1st 2015.
Any last changes to your lists will only be acknowledged until March 31st 2015.
If you have handed in your lists by 11:59 pm on March 1st 2015 and haven't made any changes to them, you get one reroll for the starting roll, which you will NOT be allowed to take in the final game.
Masters-Rules 2015 will apply, so prepare for 3 lists, Divide & Conquer 1 and FM:C, though we won't know for sure until the release of SR 2015.
Playing a fully painted list gains you +1 for your starting roll.
Entry and accomodation fees have to be paid by March 1st 2015. All the bank information comes with your registration confirmation.
If you pay the entry fee by Valentine's Day (February 14th) you will get a free beer.
You registration is only complete when you have paid the entry fee, as well as handed in your lists. Should we get more registrations than there is vacant space for players, it will strictly be first come (paid and lists), first served.

Please use the headers „Armeelisten[army lists]+(insert nick here)“ und „Zimmerbuchung[room booking]+(insert nick here)“.
If you are booking for a group of people, we will still need the whole name and date of birth for every one who wishes to spend the night at the youth hostel. Without these the youth hostel can't process the booking. If you want to share rooms with a particular person please let us know.
Since we have to do the booking with the youth hostel rather early we ask you to registrate in due time. This also means that, concerning a cancellation after March 1st 2015, we can only refund starting and accomodation fees if we manage to fill the free spaces.

P.S.: We're putting extra effort into getting information better to our international guests, which means we'll also be having a person being available for questions and spreading information in English (which, in all likelihood, will be me).
