Voici un petit post sympa.
Les américains ont la bonne idée de donner des notes à nos éléments de l'armée.
Que pensez vous de ces notes

Moi je suis vraiment d'accord avec:

I'll try my hand at this. Generally, 1/5 means "why ever take this", 2/5 is "works decently in certain setups", 3/5 is a "well balanced, either works well everywhere or has a subset of 'casters that make it really shine", 4/5 is "one of the first things in my lists" and 5/5 "I have to make a conscious effort not to include one."
Light WarjacksCharger: A solid pick with pretty much any 'caster. Can run at 1 focus or 3 focus quite well. Cheap, powerful, pretty much everything you want in a light ranged 'jack
4/5Sentinel: Pretty much there to be a shieldguard, but it is arguably the best shieldguard in the game. Does that job well.
3/5Grenadier: Pretty much Cygnar's only in faction source of AOE spam at any sort of range. Main issue is that it has ARM15 and RNG10. I really would only use one with Rune Shots or on Kraye. Also requires Trenchers to be effective. Decent at what it does, but requires too much else in order to be useful.
2/5Firefly: Only ever worth it if you're running a bunch of Stormsmiths; if you really want to marshal something for Flank, a Lancer is a better choice for the Shield and 2 more boxes. Works amazingly well with Stormsmiths though to the point where I question ever running triple Stormsmiths without one.
3/5Hunter: Good at what it does, although a bit pricey for the damage it does. Still a decent pick though.
3/5Lancer: A solid Arc Node with good defensive capabilites.
3/5Thorn: Really only worth the upgrade with a Haley. Great with them, I'd rather have a 2pt solo or two Stormsmiths with pretty much everyone else. Can be decent at 50pts with pNemo or eStryker.
3/5Heavy WarjacksIronclad: A solid all around workhorse. Good MAT, decent SPD and PS, along with a nice *attack.
3/5Hammersmith: A great 'jack if you can speed it up thanks to Beatback and Chain Smite, not very good if you can't.
3/5Centurion: For its cost and not being able to Polarity Shield and then buy attacks, a fairly mediocre 'jack, even if you can speed it up. More overpriced than anything else though.
2/5
Defender: A cannon on legs with a decent melee weapon. Almost always a good choice if you want some heavy firepower.
3/5Cyclone: If you have this, you don't need much other anti-infantry. Goodbye POW10s, hello POW12!
4/5
Ol' Rowdy: Pretty much just an upgraded Ironclad; not much else to say. He brings 2pts more worth of stuff to the table.
3/5Stormclad: An amazing 'jack with great threat, damage, ARM, and free focus. Oh, don't forget the gun!
4/5
Thunderhead: Works extremely well on any 'caster with movement shenanigans. Kind of iffy on anyone else. Worth ever point with those than any shuffle it around faster or out of activation though.
3/5UnitsATGM + UA: Because there is no other way to run them. Push power, crit brutes, and RAT7 shots up to 14" away that ignore stealth and concealment. Great all around unit that should be in most lists.
4/5
Black 13th: Wow. Just wow. They pretty much do everything. One of the two
5/5 things on my list.
Long Gunners: A decent ranged threat that really come into their own with Snipe or a movement denial to the enemy. Main issue is stealth, so if you pack them, you bring the B13.
3/5Long Gunner UA: A decent add on that you can take or leave, as most UAs should be.
3/5Sword Knights: Extremely mediocre unit that just doesn't do much and wants to hog the buffs.
2/5Sword Knight UA: Doesn't bring much to the unit and generally doesn't feel worth it.
2/5Trencher Infantry: Still not a fan; Will generally only ever get one shot off without Snipe. If you have Snipe on them, you probably should have had it on Long Gunners instead.
2/5Trencher Infantry UA and WA: If you're not running the Trenchers as a pure smokescreen, you should probably take these, as they bring the unit up to a decent status.
3/5Trencher Commandos: A stealth unit that is reasonably resistant to blasts, especially if you put AS on them or Deflection/Deceleration up. Suffers against undead, but brings blasts! WA is also excellent for sprays
3/5Trencher Chaingun: Exceedingly meh. Too short a range for Covering Fire, too much Hunter/Phantom Seeker around. Best used as the cheapest solution to Manual Reload on the Grenadier.
2/5Trencher Cannon: Utter crap. Really, it is just horrible and you should feel bad if your opinion is different
1/5Storm Tower: Solid for the points.
4/5
Rangers: How did I live before these guys? Cheap, provide an excellent buff, and are RAT6 POW11s if needed.
4/5
Stormblades: A solid anti-heavy option. Main issues come from dying like flies against any sort of ranged option coupled with low threat.
3/5Stormblade UA and WA: If you're taking one, you should probably take the other. Really not that good unless you have Blur, Deceleration, or Deflection+Arcane Shield on them. If you do, then you get a solid unit provided you pack Rangers or Deadeye.
3/5Stormguard: Not a unit you look at and say "I want to take" but rather "damn, it's my only option" due to high price while having bad defense and not a great threat.
2/5
Stormlances: Suffers from being Cavalry in mk2. I can't find it in me to run a max unit; a min unit can work decently well.
2/5Field Mechanics: They fix stuff, and do their job well. No complaints.
3/5Precursor Knights: Ranked Attack, Shieldwall, and Spellward. A very solid front line for your ranged attackers.
3/5Precursor Knight UA: Generally worth it; a turn of Weapon Master is quite nice.
3/5SolosGMCA: Mediocre in a vacuum, crap when compared to the rest of Cygnar.
1/5
Stormsmiths: An amazing option for 1pt. Disruption, Skill Check POW10s, Triangulation with the Firefly, they do it all.
4/5Jr: Another Arcane Shield, boostable Handcannon, it's all good. Only issue is that he's a bit pricey.
4/5Squire: My personal belief is that Cygnar is balanced around the first thing in your list being a Squire.
5/5Finn: Great with the Commandos, kind of weak elsewhere.
2/5Arlan: Solid 'jack support, easily worth his points.
3/5Laddermore: She doesn't do much and doesn't help the Stormlances too much. Sweet model, bad stats.
